The owner is honest, listens to your needs, and doesn't try to sell or push products on you. I had the interior detailed, and 3M protective coating done to my SUV exterior, the workmanship was exceptional and done on time, along with being competitively priced. I went into JR's to get my ceramic coating done after getting a quote extremely fast. They were very punctual in completing the job and was able to get the car back to me the same day within their projected time frame. Additionally, they polished my car on the house even though it should have been an extra cost. They are kind people who work extremely hard. I highly recommend coming here for your auto detailing needs.

Wonderful service from JR's. I did 3M/XPEL and undercoating of my Toyota highlander 2021, which I love it and he was very patient and helpful with the choosing of parts area. He recommended me the perfect product and also reasonable price for my Highlander with full service.some parts he covered for bonus thanks and appreciate for that. I would love to come back with my second cars from here in future. Amazing Service and best deals!

On time appointment. I had 3M/Xpel installation on my car and done on time as agreed upon. JR, the owner made it sure the work must be done on time as expected. Had time to have walkthrough the completed work with his crew and happy that all things were done professionally and with some free surfaces that were done. Amazing cost of labor and materials as well. Cheap and negotiable where I believe no one can beat the cost and workmanship. They offered lifetime warranty to their work and that added points to the client.

I got around 5 quotes for protective filming for my Lexus RX and not only was JR's quote the most competitive, he also best answered some questions I had. Got me in the next day and did an amazing job. You can tell its the kind of business that takes pride in their work and make you a customer for life rather than just making a quick buck. I like detailing my own cars and he had some great advice for me too! Outstanding all around!

JR and his team did a fantastic job applying XPEL wrap onto the frontal portion of my car. The quote was 100% accurate to what I was charged and was well below everyone else. The work was also done very well and was finished exactly when they said it would be. Overall, an excellent experience!

It was an amazing experience. I went there one day ahead of my appointment just because I didn't want to come to yet another place to be unpleasantly surprised. Was my visit a beautiful surprise! Very well organized and super professional. I do not say or write things like that lightly. My standards and work ethics expectations are very high. Thank You. Comparing to a dealership offer on the same service, the price was 1/3 less.

I found them on line and was impressed with there website and reviews so I requested a quote. There pricing was very competitive they broke out the cost of each service I required. Attached to each cost was a discount which I wasn’t expecting. There where many options give to me , also a further discount was applied in I combined more of the service together which I did. I was about a month behind closing a deal on my truck they still honour the quote. Dealership delivered the truck to there shop and performed the detailing it can back completely done as promised. I’m extremely happy with the workmanship. Definitely recommend this shop for future work. This was all done by just visiting there website and casual phone conversation. Never seen there shop planning to visit soon to put a face to the great work they done. 👍

Took my new vehicle here for paint protection film, and undercoating. I had questions about the process and communication was quick and friendly. Prices were very fair and cheaper than quotes from other local places. When I brought my vehicle in, the shop was very clean and nice, giving a professional impression. After getting my car back, I inspected the work and the film was applied perfectly. Highly recommend.

Had undercoating, rust protection, paint sealant, and interior protection package done on my new 2020 Equinox. Price was excellent, booking was really easy. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and my vehicle was complete when promised. I will be going back in the spring for detailing. I definitely recommend their services, much better price and quality than offered through car dealerships.

I would HIGHLY recommend JR's Auto to everyone! I stumbled upon them with a google search and after reading some reviews thought I would give them a try. I took my brand new 2021 Subaru Forester to them for some protective coatings and undercoat. JR and his staff were so polite and knowledgeable. They were patient as I asked many questions. All around a fantastic experience! I will be using them for all of my auto detailing in the future! If I could give you 10 stars I would - absolutely delightful experience through and through. A top notch company that Edmonton is fortunate to have!!
