I believe I spoke with the owner who was giving me a tone and demeanour that was noticeably patronizing. I believe friendly and respectful rapport is crucial for any business. Word of advice, do not undermine and devalue others’ choices, let alone ridicule their decisions. The interaction involved was that they tried to paint the “quotes” as some sort of obligation to continue business with them because of the “time invested” in providing a free quote. When it was decided to go to a different company, the individual accused me of spending more money somewhere else and accuse another company of a bait and switch tactic. That individual also tried to point out a few times that the re-scheduled and cancelled appointment was ‘terrible’ because now they have to fill in those slots, or could have gone to someone else instead. I don’t need to have to explain how disreputable this was. It is an act of true unprofessionalism and they need to hear this feedback so it can be used as a valuable tool for growth. Despite my personal experiences, I acknowledge that others may have had different interactions, and I encourage potential customers to form their own opinion. If you have never applied a ceramic coating, it is likely that the dirt in your vehicle will stick to the paint , it will be hard to get out, or the paint will get damaged faster.
